Oasis Day Care Nursery
The Oasis Day Care Nursery provides day care and other facilities for children from birth to eleven years of age. Oasis Nursery offers :- Baby Care Unit where they care for babies from 0 - 12 months,Tweenie Room for 1 - 2 year olds,Pick Up and Drop Off service for local schools.The children in our day care learn and develop very well in their safe, secure family oriented nursery environment. They are happy and respond well to the wide range of activities planned for their time at the nursery.They follow the ‘Birth to Three Matters’ and the ‘Early Learning Goals’ development plans laid down in the National Child Care Strategy.They also place great importance on the interaction between their nursery staff and parents.
The ethos of the Oasis Day Care Nursery is that of a truly family oriented nursery.They strive to achieve a ‘home from home’ feeling for the children in our care. Feedback from our parents indicate this is the case - please see feedback. Inspector’s comments in the Ofsted Inspection Report on the Oasis Nursery also supports this. They give daily written feedback on their babies and they encourage interaction between staff and parents to discuss the progress of each child in their care.They recognise that the quality of the nursery care given to their children is largely a function of the commitment and competence of their nursery staff.
